Comprehensive smile transformation

Situation

A patient came to us with defects that made it difficult to bite off food and make oral care difficult. The team was faced with a complex of problems to solve: deep bite, tooth abrasion, displaced midline, lack of contact between front teeth, and a gummy smile.

Decision

Together with the patient, we chose a bite correction plan and performed a number of procedures:

• conducted diagnostics of the condition of periodontal tissues.
• therapeutic treatment for caries, plaque and tartar.
• eliminated inflammatory processes of the gums.
• underwent root canal treatment
• performed gum correction.
• veneers were installed, color B1.
